4. Image Data Policy

Your Images Are NOT Used for AI Training. We want to be absolutely clear: your uploaded images and generated outputs are never used to train our AI models or any third-party AI systems. Your product images remain your intellectual property.

Specifically regarding image data:

  • Uploaded images are processed solely to provide the service you requested.
  • Generated images are stored securely and accessible only to you.
  • We do not share, sell, or license your images to third parties.
  • You retain full ownership and copyright of your original and generated images.
  • You may delete your images at any time from your account.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Pixtify:

  • Clerk: For user authentication and account management.
  • Supabase: For secure data storage and database management.
  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • Replicate: For AI image generation processing. Images are processed in real-time and not retained by Replicate for training purposes.
  • Anthropic/OpenAI: For AI analysis of product images. These services process data according to their enterprise privacy agreements and do not use customer data for training.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request.
  • Uploaded Images: Retained until you delete them or close your account.
  • Generated Images: Retained until you delete them or close your account.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for analytics and debugging purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.
  • Withdrawal: Withdraw consent for data processing where consent was the legal basis.
